Counselling and Therapy
"There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in"

Welcome! Getting started with therapy can feel daunting, but the process can be a path towards healing, clarity and freedom. I believe we all deserve the space and time to explore whatever may be causing us pain or uncertainty. There is no one-size-fits-all in therapy, and so my approach is tailored to your specific emotional landscape. My practice is rooted in a commitment to curiosity, compassion and a deep belief in the liberation of self that can come through sharing with a trusted person.
